This community is provided by INANNA LLC - 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 USA.

DEFINITIONS

"Community organisers/providers" means INANNA LLC and its employees, representatives and affiliates.

"Community materials" means any and all collateral provided to participants before and throughout the community membership, including but not limited to PDF documents; knowledge, tools and practices transmitted during the community membership live sessions by the community providers or guest teachers/facilitators; audio or video content shared on the community training platform and any imagery used within these mediums where copyright is not attributed to an external source.

"Community tools and practices" is included in the definition of "community materials" above.

"Community commencement date" means the date the community materials and live sessions are made available to the participants. 

GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT

1.  You understand that you are entirely responsible for your own personal safety, health, and mental, physical, emotional, and general well-being during and after the community membership.
2. You understand furthermore that INANNA LLC is not an organisation licensed to give medical advice, and as such any knowledge gained from participating in the community does not constitute medical advice for you as a participant, or for any of your own clients or others with whom you apply the knowledge gained.
3. By proceeding with payment for the community, you release the community organisers and providers, their representatives, and any of their employees, assistants, and affiliates, of any liability for any injuries or damages mentally or physically you or any of those close to you might incur during or after the community.
4. The practice of the tools and practices provided in the community are not an exact science and so predictions of the effects of the training and the implementation of the tools and practices provided are not precise or guaranteed. By consenting to these terms, you acknowledge that you understand this; that no guarantees have been made to you by the community providers as to the impact of the community..
5. Fees are due per person taking part and the community content and materials are not to be shared with any third party. 

LIVE CALL RECORDING

1. By taking part in any live calls during the course, you are consenting to these recordings being uploaded to the course platforms for all participants to re-watch and download for their personal use.
2. In addition, by taking part in the live calls, you are consenting for the course organisers to possibly re-use the recordings of these calls in future iterations of the course, or other offerings/trainings. This will include any comments you make verbally, or through the call chat box if they are read out and footage of you interacting with the teacher or other participants in the call should you choose to do so.

REFUNDS POLICY

1. No refunds will be given, including under the rare circumstances of Force Majeure Causes (included but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, severe weather conditions, epidemic, earthquakes or other acts of God).​

PAYMENT PLAN TERMS OF AGREEMENT

1. Payment plans take automatic payments from the designated payment card for the duration of the plan. The participant agrees to ensure that the designated payment card has ample funds to pay for the entire payment plan. 
2. If a participant misses a payment for any reason, access to all course content will be paused until the missing payment(s) are complete. 
3. Following the first payment plan payment, subsequent payments will be taken on a monthly basis. These future payments will be taken automatically from the payment method used for the first payment.
    

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. Under no circumstances is any downloaded community content to be shared with others. Your purchase of the community membership entitles you to keep the content for your own future reference only.
