Finding the right practitioner can be tricky and time consuming, but the right match can be profoundly life changing in the best possible way. But you can make it much easier to find the right practitioner for you and save a lot of time along the way by following these steps.

During the call, you can explain your challenges and what you’re hoping to achieve. You can also ask them whether they can help and how they would go about supporting you.
3. How do you feel in their presence?
It’s important that you feel safe and supported by your practitioner. The best way to assess a potential practitioner's is to chat with them. During the call, tune into your body to sense whether you get a “yes” or “no” to working with them. Trust your gut.
