Through engaging dialogues with leading experts, we delve into the heart of the matter as we explore:
Who are we as sensual women with out patriarchy?
There is a deep yearning for women to return to their sensuality.
Yet, our culture tells all of us, both overtly and subtly, that our sensuality is either wrong or must conform to a specific mold.
Sensuality is your felt sense of life itself, experienced through the body.
To be rooted in your sensuality, is to inhabit your body.
This is your most fundamental connection to the world, ourselves and to all of life.
Yet, before we've even had the chance to embrace our own embodied experience of what it means to be in contact with our sensuality as women,
Patriarchal ideals contorted our sensuality into vessels of objectification- either vilifying & shaming it or overly sexualising it.
Sensuality, often conflated with sexuality, has been harshly severed through a culture of demeaning attitudes, rigid patriarchal rules and impossible double standards that we, as women in all corners of the world, in different ways, are expected to achieve.
There is a collective distortion of women's sensuality not matter where we look,
no matter your skin colour & heritage, that has severed us from feeling free, safe & alive to be in our bodies as women.
This objectification of sensuality has fundamentally disconnected us from our pleasure, our power, and our capacity to claim our body as our own.
If we really let that sink in for a moment- that means there are too many women to even count that are disconnected from their power.
For too long, women's bodies have been objectified,
twisted by patriarhcal narratives that suppress our intrinsic sensuality.

Women of all ages, shapes & backgrounds have been robbed of the opportunity to connect to their organic sensuality.

Our Mission-Sensuality As Activism
The suppression of women's sensuality has far-reaching consequences, extending to the global violence, environmental harm, and rampant oppression we see today.
Addressing this means confronting personal challenges and misconceptions, catalyzing a collective shift towards embracing the regenerative, life-affirming essence our sensuality offers.
The Summit of Sensuality is dedicated to tackling these personal barriers, equipping us to confront the broader issues arising from our detachment from the feminine essence.
We advocate for embodied leadership, recognizing that each of us can be a beacon against the oppressive shadows of patriarchy. By reclaiming the gentle strength of sensuality and weaving it back into the world, we collectively strive for a rebirth from a culture mired in dominance to one of harmony and healing.

Frequently Asked Questions
I want to embrace my sensuality, but I feel like I can’t because I’m too old, too big, too broken, or too scared, too dark, too pale, or too [insert your judgements]… What should I do?
It can feel like you’re alone in these feelings, but I want you to know that most women learned these sorts of very restrictive rules about themselves from a very young age. Our collective culture defined sensuality as the exclusive domain of the young, skinny, stereotypical model type of woman.
But this version of “woman” is a myth. It’s a fiction. This narrow definition of sensuality excludes almost every single woman on the planet.
And the truth is - all of us human beings are worthy of a rich, delicious and nourishing connection to our sensuality, no matter your age, shape, size, or background.
Sensuality isn’t about external appearances, and it’s so much more than being “sexy”. It’s about connecting deeply with ourselves and with life as a whole.
The pathway to a fulfilling sensual aliveness lies in shedding these dogmas through the support of experienced mentors and a safe, supportive community.
In this journey, your unique essence is your gift.
I’m concerned about being judged for embracing my sensuality. I don’t want to be labeled a slut? What can I do about this?
Your concern is so valid, given the upbringing that most of us have received.
Most of us were taught from a very young age that sensuality is wrong, threatening and even downright dangerous.
But your embodied understanding of sensuality has the capacity to grow beyond what you learned in your childhood.
Throughout this summit, we will lovingly disassemble the age-old patriarchal dogmas that have once casted a shadow over female sensuality.
Our sensuous bodies are not mere objects awaiting external validation.
They are profound, intimate sanctuaries that belong first and foremost to us.
Together, we will rewrite the narratives that once defined us. We will cultivate the beauty and the power of radical sensuality for the betterment of ourselves, our families, our communities and our planet.
I carry personal trauma. Will this summit feel safe for me?
We understand that the journey towards embracing sensuality is a personal one. Each of us brings our own past experiences, which determine what feels safe or unsafe.
Knowing intellectually that sensuality is safe doesn’t necessarily make it feel safe in the body.
Our trauma-informed approach utilizes somatic techniques that support participants to calm the nervous system, relax and connect with sensations.
This Summit isn't specifically designed for the purpose of healing trauma. Having said that, the interviews and workshops often have a profoundly positive impact on participants, because they offer a new, liberating perspective.
My culture has very strict rules against sensuality (and sexuality). Will you cater to my experience?
Each of the women who attends the summit brings their own unique cultural context. While one topic might resonate deeply with one participant, it might be less significant for another.
We strive to embrace the diverse cultural context that each participant brings, and we strive to create a space where everyone is truly seen and valued.
I’ve seen talks on sensuality that felt shallow and performative. Why should I trust these speakers?
I carefully selected each and every speaker that will grace this summit with their words and ideas. These dialogues are carefully curated, rooted in well-considered philosophies, and designed to offer intentional, healthy challenges to toxic paradigms that keep us down.
Every speaker has been handpicked for their depth, experience, and authenticity in the realm of sensuality.
Each of these women holds decades of professional experience as author, speaker, therapist and/or facilitators.
Each of them highlights a unique and often unexplored aspect of the shared mosaic, in order to honour the needs of women of diverse backgrounds and life stages.
I have questions or concerns that weren’t answered here.
