Attunement

Through our embodied attunement, we touch the lives of those around us with felt empathy, co-regulation, sensing, spaciousness, love, and deep listening. Attunement to oneself is how we attune to others, so we focus on creating a strong foundation of feeling and connecting to our own sensation, through breath, touch, sound & movement; as a way to cultivate attunement to others. 

 

 

Through our embodied attunement, we touch the lives of those around us with felt empathy, co-regulation, sensing, spaciousness, love, and deep listening.
